The best food I’ve had in the Canaries, and mainland Spain for that matter. Authentic Italian better than most food I had in Rome. Family owned and operated. The entire family greeted us when we arrived and all took the time to talk to us about the menu and what specialities they recommended. The excellent service we received rivaled the most attentive high-in restaurants in the United States. They were extremely patient with our broken Spanish and Italian. The chef showed us specific wines and beers to pair with our food. Don’t miss this place! I was surprised to see it wasn’t busy because the food is astonishingly good. They were super excited to take pictures of us eating dessert for their Instagram haha!

Without exaggeration, this is the best food we had while in Tenerife. This is our 6th day of trying new restaurants and we were blown away by this one. The chef and his wife are extremely lovely and welcoming. The food - amazing! We had the ragu tagliatelle, pasta alla scarpeta and tiramisu. The food is light, freshly made and delicious. The atmosphere inside is lovely and nicely decorated. We chatted for a bit with the chef and his wife who works here and they are wonderful. It's a shame there is a 1 star review for this restaurant, from someone who did not even try the food, just because the sign was either taken by children who play around or blown away by the wind. Cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed 💕 ah, and the chef is Italian!

From the outside, the Trattoria Ferrari resembles an industrial unit tucked away on a back street - dont be put off! We had one of the best Italian meals of our lives. Fresh, well cooked ingredients served by a lovely friendly and helpful lady.
I'm glad that we only ordered one course each - the portions were huge. When the bill came, I had to check it twice - I was convinced that they had under-charged me!

You really have to come here to eat! The food was excellent, and the cook introduced himself to us, which I usually only experience in very high-end places. The service was very friendly and attentive, and they even took the time to chat with me in Spanish, which made my day.
