This restaurant is an hidden treasure in the heart of Almeria The taxi job is at the end of the street and it look like it was just a residential street but then we saw the restaurant. It’s a very simple building but very welcoming.
Let me start by saying how amazing Lucas the Waiter, was he explained every dish out of the nine course tasting menu we had In both English and Spanish, I am English and my partner is Spanish
Now to the Food every dish has a little surprise I can’t go too much into that anyway because if you go to this restaurant which I definitely recommend you do even if you have one of the other menus let me just say that the food is amazing and I’ve eaten in some of the best restaurants in the world

My wife and I were guests last night and we had the Costa de la Sal» – 100%
ALMERIA taster menu. It was sensational! Very creative, fun, tasty dishes.
Lucus was a great host, welcoming and informative throughout.
An all round excellent experience and I highly recommend.

This is one of my favourite restaurants ever. Both the tasting menus have superb, inventive dishes, using the best of the best local produce. The service is immaculate- Lucas, our waiter, shares his knowledge of the dishes, ingredients and their preparation, truly making it a dining out experience. Every time I have visitors in Almeria, I delight in taking them to this restaurant. It’s a truly special place.

If you want to delight in the Mediterranean fusion flavor, you cannot miss going to lunch or dinner here, in addition to its excellent dishes, the service is very good, you have to try the vegetarian steak 🌱 a delight, 💯 recommended

Hoy tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar del menú degustación “Costa de la Sal” de Ginés Peregrín, y la experiencia fue excepcional. Cada plato refleja la calidad y frescura de los productos de Almería, con un cuidado detalle en presentación y sabor.
Destaco especialmente el plato de coliflor, que estaba simplemente sublime: perfectamente cocinada, con texturas y matices que elevan un ingrediente humilde a una verdadera obra gastronómica. Cada bocado demostraba la creatividad y el respeto por el producto.

El servicio fue atento y cercano, el ambiente del restaurante acompaña maravillosamente la experiencia. Una propuesta gastronómica que combina, excelencia y delicadeza en cada plato.
He encontrado mi nuevo sitio favorito. Volveré.
