Excellent service! Every dishes we ordered were heavenly delicious! We enjoyed our lunch very much! No regret for coming from Vilanova de arosa on Camino to illa de arosa! Don't forget to end with desserts! Yummy... Strongly recommended. Advance booking. Fully booked usually.

Have to agree with the other reviewers the food especially the fish and shellfish dishes are the best I have tasted anywhere including my home country of Ireland. The staff are especially friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes which adds to the dining experience. We have been to the restaurant twice now and definitely plan to go again before our six days holiday in A Illa de Arousa is over. Cannot praise this restaurant enough.

This is a place where you need to book ahead for the Sunday lunch as it is very popular. We didn't buy we were lucky enough to get a table outside. The food is excellent. I started with scallops and then had the squid which is a mid size between chipirones which are the small ones usually served whole and the full sized ones usually dived into rings. I had the slow cooked version. Then I had a chocolate mousse which was excellent but it isn't very typical in Spain. They also give you complementary pancakes at the end of you have any room.

If walking around the Illa de Arousa on a rest day from the Portuguese Camino (Spiritual Variant), this is a great little place for late lunch (till 4 p.m.). Very reasonable (Menu del Dia 3 courses including wine and a delicious homemade baked cheesecake for €12) and very attentive service.
