We had an incredible lunch at Meat Market Valencia. From the moment we arrived, Francisco made us feel completely at home. He is a wonderful host who enjoys a joke and he truly elevates the experience.

We started with the grilled vegetable platter, perfectly charred and full of flavour, followed by broiled fillet steaks that was cooked to absolute perfection tender, juicy, and bursting with taste.

The Vega Sicilia Alión wine paired beautifully with the meal, and we finished with a tiramisu to share, one of the best we have ever had light, creamy, and unforgettable.

Everything about this restaurant, the food, the wine, the individual service was exceptional. A must-visit in Valencia if you love quality dining and genuine hospitality.

“Wow” is the only word that comes to mind. The service is second only to the delicious food items. We ordered the buey sayaguesa steak and the meat was cooked to perfection. Medium rare with a dash of salt and it sent my taste buds on an experience. Francesco was amazing informing us of the history of where each meat came from and how each cattle were hand selected. This is the place to be if you’re looking for a good time and to savor beef on a different level.

Thanks to Francesco to having take time to explain the concept, very interesting and always nice to hear. The staff is really nice and bring a good vibes to the restaurant, they are pro active and are walking around the place with so many piece of meat ! It is like a show : )

We liked our food, it was interesting to try new tastes and the small bites of hummus were delicious.

Their motto is sharing is caring so it's perfect to try everything.
We had the option to choose between 4 options of meat that were showcased ranged from 95€-250€. Got good recommendations from the cook and shared the 1,5kg steak between us 4, another experience, as well as the wagyu!
The best steak I've had in my life.
We will come again to try the other meats for special occasions.

The Meat Market Resturante delivered a truly unforgettable dining experience! We’ve never seen a presentation like this — selecting your steak from four beautifully explained options made it so personal and fun. The steak we chose was absolutely delicious, as was the rest of the food and wine. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, and we even got to witness a surprise engagement! From the food to the service to the personalized touches, everything was 5-star. We’ve dined at many steakhouses, but this one was truly special!

We’ve been here before, and every time the experience gets better. Julius Caesar and Francesco are incredible — they always take great care of us, and Francesco treats me like family every single time I come in. He even supports me in my Formula 4 racing career by keeping me fueled with his amazing food, which means a lot to me personally. Liz was also very kind and attentive, making sure we always had what we needed.

And the steak… simply the best steak I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, beautifully marbled, and absolutely unforgettable. They even have the legendary El Capricho beef, which is a rare treat and lives up to its reputation as some of the best beef in the world.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is top-class, and the food is on another level. It always feels like coming home when we eat here.

If you love steak, this place is unbeatable. Amazing people, amazing service, and the kind of food that keeps you coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Incredible. The service is fantastic and unique. I loved that you got to see the steak and have insight from the waiter about each piece.

Francesco was absolutely amazing and a great host. All the staff were very attentive. The meat just melted in your mouth - cooked to perfection. Francesco explained the cuts of meat and where the steaks were from. Very friendly towards our children (who also enjoyed the food). The carpaccio was the best we’ve had.
