What a great discovery. The food is an encounter of creativity, cocking know-how without shame and oudacity. A flavor trip that will excite the senses, leaving you wanting for more. A place that should not be missed and worth the trip outside Madrid, CONGRATULATIONS for elevating the Venezuelan high end cuisine with local touches. Absolutely amazing bistro! We found this brand new bistro in Paracuellos who serves amazing food with great taste from Venezuela and Spain. The dishes are perfectly elaborated and well thought! I've never tried such well balanced and tasteful creations!
We were received by the owners and they recomended amazing dishes that fitted perfectly with what we were looking for! We came with my nephews and they loved it, it's good for kids or families that are looking for a elaborated cuisine with great taste, while keeping a warming atmosphere overall. I highly recommend this place!

This is the best place ever !!! We had an amazing time and all details were at its top quality and full of experience. My wife and friends loved it and so did I. Fully 100% recommended… come and visit. The restaurant owners were simply taking care of all details and the crew is fully aware of the orders, preparation and presentation.

The perfect combination of our traditional dishes brought to the highest level with outstanding service, paying attention to all the details to ensure you enjoy the experience thoroughly.

Today we had for the first time Arepa. Best Arepa with chicken and meat.. The restaurant is very clean and best service we got. 5 star for the restaurant. And my kids enjoyed their menu burger with fries. The owner is gem person and welcoming.
