The atmosphere is cozy and super welcoming — perfect for a calm, laid-back dinner where you can really enjoy every bite of the tasting menu. The dishes are full of balanced flavors, showing off local ingredients with a touch of Italian flair.

Davide and Susanna — the host and the chef — made the evening even nicer by explaining each dish and the story behind the ingredients.

Overall, a really lovely experience, both for the food and the people.

Came here for my wife's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed! We did the tasting menu and wine pairing, the food was very good, fish/seafood heavy as you might expect but that's fine by me! The wine pairing was majority Lanzarote wine which is not something I'm super familiar with but really enjoyed, the dessert wine being a particular highlight.

La Forgia is an absolute treasure. From the moment you arrive, Davide and Susanna make you feel completely at home. The service is warm and attentive without ever being overbearing, and their knowledge of the food and wine elevates the whole evening. Every dish we had was flawless, rich in flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with real care.

The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, with just the right background music to set the tone for a memorable evening. It felt less like dining out and more like being welcomed into someone’s home to share in something special. Without question, this is a must-visit in Lanzarote.

It’s a big Yes! Fresh ingredients from Lanzrote, many interesting recipes combining the local tradition and the italian creativity. Picking from the menu… the dinner becomes a Journey. Take your time.
We got there for Dinner, driven by the Good Reviews of this relatively new Place (the owners opened in Costa Teguise only few months ago). You have to search for the Place because it is in the central area Full of pubs but not very visible. The Owner will welcome you at the entrance and accomodate either in the outside tables or in the calm and intimate inside room.
Menu changes over time, and it is Not a standard one. So I recommend to ask for suggestions if you want to Match Your Taste. while choosing we were served a complementary apero including a small drink and a Plate with some local salt, potatoes and tomatoes and a spectacular Butter whipped and flavoured with anchovies, and warm bread. We opened the Dinner with a starter (a warm “raviolo aperto” with goat meat, burrata cheese and caramelized orange: what a start!. We then took a “Rabbit in Nebbiolo” (juicy snd tasty) and a “Abissi e Radici”, a grilled tentacle served with a celeriac cream and confit tomatoes (perfect combination of flavours, even if I would have expected the octopus were crispy).
We finished with the strawberries marinated in Moscatel wine, served with goat yogurt: interesting, but not at the level of the previous courses.

Service was very caring and supportive, especially in getting the descriptions of what you order… a must for getting the passion out in your plate.

Place is small and not noisy at all, perfect for a relaxing dinner or lunch. A „white fly“ in the middle of the Tourist area of Costa Teguise.

So the menu looked adventurous and unusual, don’t let this or the subtle setting put you off. We had the taster menu and it didn’t disappoint, there were unusual pairings which completely worked and the wine list is extensive but if you ask for recommendations they provide a good explanation of each. It’s probably the nicest setting and meal I’ve ever had and couldn’t recommend the place enough. Just as the pudding come out around 8:45pm a guitarist come out in the middle of the square and sung three songs. Really quite special. Couldn’t recommend more.

We came here for our 17th wedding anniversary and had a brilliant evening. We chose the tasting menu with wine pairing, all local Lanzarote wines – and really enjoyed both. The food was excellent throughout, and the wines were well chosen and complemented each course.

It’s run by a couple, she’s the chef, he runs front of house. He might come across a bit stern at first, but he quickly warmed to us and was incredibly friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service, great atmosphere, and we left very happy. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Honestly, if you’re reading this trying to decide where to eat or planning a date, whatever the occasion, trust me. Do it. I took my girlfriend here and the owners Davide and Susanna are so so lovely and accommodating. The food is spectacular, great service, and the atmosphere is just lovely. Very helpful and attentive when it comes to deciding the wine and food choices, the playlist in the background was lovely, good volume, and good conversation when the owners weren’t busy. Seriously made the night complete and I’m grateful to have found such a brilliant spot! We will be back.

Our evening at La Forgia in Lanzorate was incredible. The tasting menu is one of the best I have had. The setting is warm and inviting and the staff is charming! This is a must do experience!
