On our last night we had a fantastic time in the restaurant, we got the lamb and the waiter cut the pieces in front of us. The whole team is extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thank you to Mayte who was efficient, friendly and extremely patient with our lack of Spanish and David who always has the biggest and brightest smile on his face. We felt very comfortable in this restaurant is contrario to certain local places that have a slight aversion to foreigners. The rooms were fantastic and each had their own charm and we were debating getting another night just to see another room. The spa was so much better than we anticipated and they also have an underground bodega museum in the bar they own in Aranda de Duero, which is a neighbouring village. Will be back as soon as we can.

Excellent service, food and location. After a morning visit to Aranda - just 15 mins drive away - we had the tasting menu here. The service was excellent and the food was really good. It was packed with both locals and tourists. The hotel was fully booked but the rooms look beautiful and the whole wine theme is so clever! Alberto the director gave us a tour of the spa. It’s a truly differentiated service experience. One to come back to.

We had the Castillan menu at this restaurant and it was very tasty. This is the place to eat if you are staying at the hotel. The wine that they served with the dinner was their low-range one. We would have liked to have a better wine with the food.

I think this is the best restaurant to stay in the area!
The food is amazing, the staff is great and soo friendly.
Definitely of the best restaurants my girlfriend and I have been to. The food is on the same level as in Michelin star restaurants.

The place and food is amazing! However, some of the staff is not very welcoming, neither on the restaurant nor on the phone. Wish all staff would be very friendly and then the place would be the best! El Lagar in Aranda has a better service.
