Just had a lovely romantic meal for two here and it was good. However, just a few things I have to say. First is the food is really nice but could at least be a little hotter. And, the second, no one talks English.. Im not complaining about second one as I feel not particularly good for not being able to talk Spanish properly (my Duolingo is tired of my studies). However, the setting is lovely and everyone tried to make us as comfortable as it was possible with the language barrier. Worth a look if you are this way

My wife and I visited the restaurant this Sunday lunchtime. Ambience good, however food very poor.
Tough and luke warm calamari, cold chips with the lamb chops upon their arrival. Both starters and main courses all served at same time, therefore the lamb chops main course also became cold prior to eating.
And no, we did not complain, we felt it would make no difference. We just won't bother eating there again.

Perhaps one of the most excruciating experiences I've ever endured, and to top it off, I was practically mugged and wasnt even given a tub of vaseline!

Let me set the stage: my partner, the vegan saint, kindly requested a meatless version of one of the meat dishes. And what did the restaurant do? They had the audacity to charge us the same outrageous amount as if they had plopped a juicy steak on the plate! The salad, though supposedly tasty, was so puny I wondered if it had gone on a crash diet in Spain.

I've had more satisfying meals while trekking the Camino for a mere 10 euros. The cheeky chef not only managed to serve cold chips, but the real kicker was the lamb. It arrived at our table scorched to a crisp, as if it had taken a detour through the fiery pits of hell. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the baffled chef tried to hide the evidence by flipping the burnt pieces undercover! Oh, the nerve.

I've dined my way through Gambia, the Middle East, and every nook and cranny of Spain, but never have I encountered such a culinary catastrophe. I'd rather wander into a dangerous favela and risk getting robbed than subject myself to this torture again. Cooking vegetables or lamb shouldn't require a PhD in rocket science, yet this pitiful excuse for a chef would be better suited flipping patties at a McDonald's than pretending to be an "à la carte" genius.

In case my subtle hint wasn't clear enough, take my word for it—never, ever step foot in this place. It was an absolute disaster, a tragedy even Shakespeare himself couldn't have penned.

Instead go to the casino bar as the service and food is the total opposite! Friendly staff, good tasty food and all at a good price 👌

Unpleasant and slow service. The food was not fresh, coming out lukewarm from the kitchen. Every dish was mushy and either cold or clearly warmed up again. Seafood barely edible. Each dish came out at random times, main dishes before starters, at random times for each guest. The salmon was very bitter and overcooked. Avoid this place at all cost! April 3rd 2023, 21:00

Ordered parmesan risotto and tomato pasta as these were the only two vegetarian options. The risotto was nice although it was drizzled with balsamic vinegar which is not stated on the menu. The pasta was olive oil, over cooked tagliatelle with cold tomato frito over the top which was poor for 10 euros. The staff were okay and the restaurant was clean.

Lunch was pretty much inedible and cold, waitress was not attentive at all and with a bad attitude. If you want to have lunch i advise find somewhere else and not waste money. Only good thing was that service was quick.

Excellent food and fantastic value for money. Set menu for two ,€50. 3 starters each , a beautiful steak ,padron peppers and potatoes , 3 small desserts each and ice cream , a bottle of wine ,bottle of water and bread , delicious.

Staff were lovely, but the food was only just warm, over priced and pretty bland. It was covered in salt too, probably to get the thirst going.
