We spontaneously visited Bali on our last day with our family of five - and what a wonderful surprise! We didn’t have a reservation, but the staff kindly arranged a table for us right away. Service was warm, attentive, and personal from the start.

We ordered a mix of dishes – vegetarian paella (which they kindly informed would take ~25 minutes), sushi, a burger, and a Spanish-style cutlet. All arrived at the same time, perfectly timed and beautifully presented. Each dish had its own creative twist and unique taste – everything was simply delicious.

The drinks were great, the portions generous, and the atmosphere relaxed yet refined. The owner checked in with us during and after the meal, making us feel genuinely welcome, like visiting friends.

Although we hadn’t planned for dessert, we gave in – and we’re glad we did! We had cheesecake (ice with sweet cheese cream), and the Toblerone ice chocolate, it looked all good, however, we felt that 9,90 was a touch pricey for an ice ball with cheese milk, on the positive account it was unexpectedly creative, and tasty 🙂

So yes, prices are slightly higher than average, ...but you absolutely get what you pay for: quality, creativity, service, and a memorable food experience. In a tourist-heavy area, Bali stands out with a touch of exclusivity and genuine care.

The food wasn't good . The tuna tataki was overcooked, and the tuna itself was either frozen or stale, with an unpleasant odor. Compare the menu photos on Instagram and in real life. We returned almost the entire portion, and they didn't deduct it from our bill. The mussels weren't bad, but they could have been tastier. The burger was good, but the bun was overcooked to the point of being charred... The prices are like in a very good restaurant in Barcelona, ​​where they cook accordingly. Very expensive.
But the service was very good. Everyone changed the dishes quickly and for every dish.
Conclusion - change the chef!!! The waiters and bartender are great(however not enough alcohol in cocktails ) .

It's my first time in Spain and I found this restaurant in Santa Susanna.
The place was very welcoming, and the ethnic decor particularly struck me.
I was craving a meat paella, so while I waited, I ordered croquettes. Everything was excellent, freshly prepared with fresh ingredients, and I drank some excellent homemade sangria.
I left very satisfied and also complimented the kind and helpful staff.
If I ever return to Santa Susanna, I will definitely return

Gorgeous meal tonight at Bali restaurant. The staff were so kind and attentive with us and our children. The food was incredible (between us all, we had Iberico ham to start, and sushi as well as paella). Truly delicious.
Honestly I’d seen the reviews and thought it was just a hotel restaurant but it is not that, it doesn’t feel at all part of a hotel, completely apart from the hotel and feeling authentic, independent, contemporary and homely.

Lovely restaurant with really nice food. Catered really well to my sister who cannot eat gluten! Made sure her food was cooked separately and all of the staff are very knowledgeable on allergens. Excellent service and a lovely interior to the restaurant. Highly recommend for anyone (especially those with allergies!) ❤️🤩🍸. I had an amazing experience at Bali! As someone with celiac disease, dining out can be stressful, but the staff here went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. They were incredibly attentive from the start—taking my dietary needs seriously and explaining exactly how they would handle my food to avoid any cross-contamination.

They even cooked my chips in the oven rather than frying it, just to be extra cautious. Everything in the kitchen was wiped down, and separate utensils were used just for my meal. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service matched it. To top it all off, they surprised us with a complimentary lemon shot at the end of the meal, which was such a thoughtful and refreshing touch.

Highly recommend this place—not just for the food, but for the genuine hospitality and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back! In particular JOEL and EVA were amazing. Thank you!!!

Very Friendly staff and excellent service. Food quality very disappointing: The calamari on a stick was tough and very overcooked, the Mixed Paella was tasteless, chicken extremely dry, mussels/clams burnt and my biggest issue was that there were so many broken shells mixed between the paelle rice making it very hard and dangerous to eat. Unfortunately not a great food experience as we really did enjoy the friendly staff and people.
